The Silk Road City Kunya-Urgench is a UNESCO site located on the border with Uzbekistan. This city was part of the Samanid Empire and was the second largest city of the empire. This city has many architectural ruins and monuments still found that are visited by many people each year.
Turkmenistan is a corrupt nation where government officials can break or mold any rules if they were offered money. Because of this corruption, it has some political stability issues which require immediate attention if the country wants to grow and become a developed nation in the world.
